Thanks for the heads-up, Ummi, although technically you didn’t tag me.

There are 100 questions, so you’ll have to read more if you wish to see my answers to all of them…

Just know that, like the other questionnaires I’ve done, I mention God a lot in my answers! In fact, one of the questions is about God!

If you don’t already know, this blog hasn’t been updated for quite some time.

Not because there hasn’t been anything interesting happening. It’s just that I’m losing the drive to finish my posts on the dot. There are currently 5 unfinished post drafts, the oldest of which is five weeks in draft.

I will get to finishing them when I can. Meanwhile, I’d do well with a break…

Today we had an A-math test on surds, exponentiation and logarithms, modulus functions and the dreaded binomial theorem.

I had spent a short period of time crying toward the end of the PE period earlier on so I missed about ten minutes of the test. Uh oh.

But as I approached my desk, I took out my pen from my pocket, sat down slowly and started work immediately like nothing big happened.

I took on all the questions rather easily and without too much effort. Except I was going a little too slowly so I had to rush on the final question. And of course, I ended up making a careless mistake which I always do no matter what kind of test I’m at.

Anyway, there is still hope for an A1 grade for this test. Mind you — the above are all Secondary Three A-math topics!

I topped the class for our E-math mock exam at a roaring score of 41/45 (91.11%). I rock.

Also, happy birthday, Mr. Goh!

The first day of the new semester was welcoming! I’ve been in a near-perfect mood the entire day. There are too many things for me to write about, so I shall just summarize them in a list. Oh well…

  1. I was sad that I wouldn’t be seeing Miss Lazaroo anymore… but who said Mr. Goh wouldn’t make a good form teacher? Although indeed, Miss Lazaroo will always be irreplaceable.
  2. Today’s mock examination was on English Paper 2. I hope I did fine.
  3. During recess, I was told about a barbecue that the Media Resource department had organized, which will take place this Friday. So all Media Resource CCAs would be involved.
  4. For chemistry and math we’d be chopped into smaller groups. The teachers have done this in hope of facilitating learning for some of us. Let’s see if it works.
  5. Math made me happy. Very happy.
  6. After school, I spent between half an hour and one with Jane and Jun Xian. It was great to be with Jane again. Thanks for the time, Jane. And happy birthday, Jun Xian.
  7. I also learned that Yuwen taught at school every Monday. Hi, Miss Wang!

At home, 2 and 3 entertained Nicole with another one of their random quarrels. I haven’t had a chance to see Nicole enjoy the company of two imaginary kids this much in so long. Thanks for the time, Nicole.

Just another one of those excruciatingly random days!

So anyway, church service went on as usual, but with a couple of twists. One of the worship songs, Awesome God, was basically its four-line chorus repeated over and over again, but it meant a lot in itself and was very, very catchy. Here’s the chorus in all its glory:

Our God is an awesome God
He reigns from heaven above
With wisdom, power and love
Our God is an awesome God!

Pastor Jeff preached today’s sermon, and there was an additional praise song for God to be played after this whole big group of friends had newly joined our family! Awesome!

Today’s sermon encompassed the following Bible verses:

11But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. 12Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 13In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate made the good confession, I charge you 14to keep this command without spot or blame until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen.

1 Timothy 6:11-16

Like every single service that I have ever attended, I left church in a highly sparkling Diamond Mood, because I had experienced God. All was going just fine, until…

IT’S OVER! Congratulations, Firefox 3, for attaining over

8.3 MILLION downloads

IN 24 HOURS! Good job everyone!

Singapore attained over 30 thousand downloads in total, beating Malaysia at around 11 o’clock. Awesome work, I knew I could count on my own country to do at least a significant part in all of this.

Mozilla loves everyone. We love Mozilla too.
